About
I studied Herbal Medicine alongside my Doula training in 2006, and lived on a Herb Farm with a large home-birthing family who nourished a sense of ease and trust in our natural processes.
I make herbal medicines and continue to integrate my love of plants with women's health. My work as a doula and herbalist are deeply intertwined - both are about supporting people through transitions and trusting in the body's innate wisdom.
I deeply believe that access to support and choices around the childbearing years is crucial to the way we birth our feelings about ourselves as women, as well as our relationship to our children and environment.
My Approach
Every product I create is handcrafted with care, using high-quality ingredients - many locally sourced from California. I believe in the power of simple, traditional remedies made with intention.
Whether it's a pregnancy tonic tea, a fever-reducing tincture, or a calming flower essence, each formula is designed to support your body's natural healing processes.
